Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
You shall not: (a) attempt to hack into or access any materials from the Service platform without permission; (b) create a substitute or similar service through delegation to the Service; (c) interfere or disrupt the Service by overloading usage; and/or (d) engage in any conduct that negatively affects the reputation of SolvingMaze LTD and operation of the Service.
SolvingMaze API Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. The subscription fee allows a fixed amount of usage of the Service as specified in your price plan. Usage exceeding the subscribed amount in a billing cycle will incur an overage fee, if applicable, at the rate specified in your price plan. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew.
You may change your subscription at any time. A pro-rated credit will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle for the outgoing subscription. A pro-rated debit will be charged for the remaining days of the billing cycle for the incoming subscription. Overage fee, if applicable, will be charged at the overage rate of the outgoing subscription. The overage fee is calculated based on the amount of usage exceeding the daily allowance multiplied by the number of days the outgoing subscription was active. Daily allowance is the usage allowed by the outgoing subscription in a billing cycle divided by the number of days in the billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time either through your online account page or by contacting our customer support. Paid subscription fees are not refundable. Any overage incurred in the billing cycle will be charged.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription and you must provide accurate and complete billing information including full name, address and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you authorize SolvingMaze LTD to charge all subscription and related fees incurred to the payment method.
SolvingMaze LTD, in its sole discretion, may modify the fees for the subscriptions on an annual basis. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. 20% VAT applies whenever applicable.
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SolvingMaze LTD and their employees, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password or API key, or b) a breach of these Terms.
SolvingMaze is not under any circumstances liable to any indirect or direct damages of any kind caused by the usage of the Service. You assume sole responsibility of any business interruption, financial loss, or any other damages caused in whole or in part by SolvingMaze LTD.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. SolvingMaze LTD does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We are not required to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
“SOLVINGMAZE”, “SOLVINGMAZE ADVANCED SHIPPING CALCULATOR”, “SOLVINGMAZE API”, “SOLVINGMAZE PICK AND PACK API” and logo are servicemarks or trade dress of SolvingMaze LTD. No license is granted to you to use any servicemark or trade dress of SolvingMaze LTD for any purpose.
SolvingMaze may disclose your personally identifiable information whenever required by law. SolvingMaze also discloses personal information to service providers through the use of their data storage, hosting and computing facilities. All personal information is transferred and stored in the United States of America and United Kingdom. When you accept our Terms of Service, you agree to such transfers.
